Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
