Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped almonds, shredded coconut, or sugar-free chocolate chips

2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
3. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, forming small fat bomb bites. You can make them as big or small as you like.
4. If desired, sprinkle each fat bomb with chopped almonds, shredded coconut, or sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are firm and set.
6. Once firm, transfer the fat bombs to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
